Annie Goeke (de la Bouillerie)
Executive Director

Annie Goeke is a professional ‘green’ entrepreneur and internationally recognized consultant who integrates decades of hands-on local experience into her global sustainability and policy work.

She represents her non-profit Earth Rights Institute, leading a green consultant program that applies sustainable, holistic approaches to social enterprises and community-building worldwide. With years of direct involvement in local initiatives—ranging from waste management and urban youth programs to organic farming and climate action—Annie understands the challenges and solutions required to implement effective sustainability practices. Her grassroots experience has shaped her expertise in advising governments, dignitaries, organizations, and citizen groups on achieving real-world environmental impact.

She has spearheaded climate change initiatives, energy conservation, and waste management programs in worldwide that includes the U.S. and many countries in Africa, progressed global carbon offset programs, and has been a leading voice in sustainable practices, environmental stewardship, and the necessity of having achievable energy goals. Her ability to integrate localized solutions into broader international strategies makes her a unique force in sustainability advocacy.

As the co-founder of the Global Greens, an international network of political parties and movements working to implement the Global Greens Charter, and the US Green Party at a national level in the early years, she has been at the forefront of international collaboration on green agendas and policies. Her skills include fostering strong partnerships, building teams, and helping change the way we think about our surroundings—always bridging the gap between grassroots action and global policy.

Annie has authored numerous publications, co-authored the self-help book Fire Up Your Brilliance, and contributed to a home-style television series that demonstrates projects on how to live green.

Nola Force
Executive Coach & Living Labs Mentor

Nola Force serves as an Executive Coach and Living Labs Mentor within the Global Regenerative Immersion Program, supporting participants and Living Lab teams in navigating complexity, strengthening leadership capacity, and translating regenerative principles into real-world action.

Her work emphasizes critical thinking, reflective inquiry, and systems awareness by helping individuals question assumptions, analyze root causes, and align their objectives within broader social, ecological, and economic systems.

Nola, with decades of expertise in the sustainable world, will support ERI participants in building financial literacy and economic understanding, enabling them to better grasp how financial structures influence outcomes and how regenerative economic models can be integrated into their projects.

Juliana Stricklen

Juliana Stricklen

Program Director - Global Regenerative Immersion Program
Juliana Stricklen is an educator, program director, and curriculum designer with over a decade of experience in education, community organizing, and global program leadership. She creates immersive learning programs that foster equitable partnerships, connect student learning with real-world impact.

At Earth Rights Institute, she leads international initiatives integrating sustainability, human rights, and regenerative development, partnering with universities, students, and organizations to strengthen local capacity and build skills for future global leaders. Her experience spans managing ethical trade operations in Guatemala’s coffee sector, coordinating immigrant rights initiatives in New Orleans, and facilitating youth leadership and global citizenship programs.

As Senior Program Manager at Global Public Service Academies, she has designed and expanded programs across Guatemala, Belize, Appalachia, Thailand, and the Philippines.

She currently works across the Americas and Southeast Asia, holding a B.A. in Communication and Musical Cultures of the Gulf South from Tulane University and completing a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction at Louisiana State University. She is also a painter, creating works that explore and connect culture, history, and place, and she brings this creativity to developing initiatives that empower people to imagine and build a better world.

Jessie Simonetti

Jessie Simonetti

Volunteer Program Manager ERI Living Labs
Jessie Simonetti holds a master’s degree in anthropology with fieldwork and theses in anthrozoology from NCNU and a pending PhD in ecology with a dissertation in wildlife management from NTU. Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, she worked in the education and professional development sphere, empowering traditional students and working professionals.

Jess is passionate about the environment and local adaptations to climate change, with a particular interest in sustainable development, ethnobotany, and food forests.
Tania Saldivar

Tania Saldivar

Graphic Designer
Tania Saldivar is a bilingual graphic designer who supports mission-driven organizations through clear, engaging design and storytelling. At Earth Rights Institute, she applies her experience in graphic design to help communicate and promote programs while collaborating on the organization’s visual communication and design needs.

She is inspired and motivated by opportunities to contribute to meaningful causes that create lasting impact.
